Paritol is a monomeric diterpene compound extracted from the bark of the plant genus Red Bean. As a relatively complex secondary metabolite, it is currently the only known drug that can promote microtubule polymerization and stabilize the polymerized microtubules. Isotope tracer research shows that paclitaxel only binds to polymerized microtubules and does not work with microtubule protein dimers that have not been polymerized. When cells encounter papyrus, a large number of microtubules will accumulate, cell function will be disrupted, and cell division will be effectively blocked in the stage of mitosis. Clinical studies (stages II to III) show that paxil is mainly used in ovarian cancer and breast cancer, and also has a therapeutic effect on lung cancer, colorectal cancer, melanoma, head and neck cancer, lymphoma and brain tumors.

Product Applications
Paclitaxel is an anti-tumor drug, which is mainly used to treat metastatic breast cancer and ovarian cancer. It is a broad-spectrum anticancer agent obtained from natural sources, and it is also used in the treatment of other cancers such as ovarian cancer and breast cancer.
This drug binds to the N-terminal region of β-tubulin to promote the formation of very stable microtubules, prevent them from depolymerizing, and also block the cells in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle, thus stopping normal cell division.
As an anti-microtubule agent, Paclitaxel can stabilize tubulin, inhibit mitosis, and can also effectively act on human endothelial cells. IC50 is 0.1 pM.
